Quiet Garden

In 2005, with money provided by a grant from Biffa Waste Management through the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts, a piece of rough ground at the rear of Christ Church was transformed with the help of Church volunteers into a Community Quiet Garden. Carefully laid out with a paved seated area and planted with flowers and trees, it is a wonderful quiet space to sit and for small groups to use. It is used by individuals and groups for quiet reflection and is open to everyone, including Church and community groups who use the Church Centre.
