Here are some other suggestions for this Sunday and other times:

(1) At your usual time of attending Church on Sunday why not take part in a simple act of worship at home.... so we can worship ‘together’ whilst ‘apart’! All you need to do this is visit Daily Prayer on the Church of England Website. Just click here

(2) Some Prayers and Intercessions to use. Please click here

(3) There is a Diocesan service live-streamed at 10.00am each Sunday... 'Church at Home'. Details, including down-loadable Orders of Service, together with a list of other parish live-streams can be found here. Oxford Diocese will provide a live-streamed Eucharist each Sunday and on principal Holy Days. This will be offered by a range of different people who will be offering prayers and reflections. The next of these services will be this Sunday 19th April at 10.00am. It is also available to people dialling in by phone as well.

  • The number to dial each week is 01865 920930
  • Press zero for the short service and 1 for the full Church at Home service
  • It takes a few seconds to retrieve the recording then the service will start.
The Church of England also provide a free daily recording from Archbishop Justin Welby and his team. The freephone number is 0800 8048044

We are running ALPHA online this term. You get to experience Alpha in the comfort of your own homes and to invite others to do the same from theirs. It starts soon... For more information or to sign up email alpha@ccfh.org.uk. All details are on our ALPHA page.

ONE CAN TRUST and local Collection pointsThere is a huge amount of good neighbourliness happening in Flackwell Heath and it is great to see, including a local 'food bank' initiative run out of The Cherry Tree. But can we remind you of the needs of those in difficult circumstances across the Wycombe Area that have traditionally been supported by One Can Trust, the High Wycombe Food Bank. To help them in their continuing compassionate ministry of helping others we have set up two collection points for One Can... one at the the home of Paul & Jan Churchouse and one at the Vicarage... for you to drop off any items as you go on your Boris Johnson authorised walks! There will be a large plastic box outside each front door for you to drop off goods as you pass by. Details of addresses are in the Church Directory. On behalf of One Can Trust.... a huge thank you!
