Giving to Christ Church

The ministry of Christ Church is dependant on the generous gifts of our church family.

As a church we believe in the mission and ministry God has called us to. This is only possible through prayer – but also through the generous giving and careful stewarding of the many resources that God has given his people.

Regular financial giving is encouraged in Scripture and allows us to better plan and resource mission and ministry.

Your money will be used to support staff and volunteers who are integral in leading and facilitating mission and ministry across the church; the maintenance of the buildings; our five mission partners; and our local mission and ministry in Flackwell Heath.

There are a number of different ways that you can give financially to the work of Christ Church, and we are grateful for any amount you can give, however large or small.

One-off gifts

If you would like to give a one-off gift, you can do so online here. You can also bring cash or a cheque (payable to Flackwell Heath PCC) with you to church, or drop them into the office.

Regular giving

Regular giving is crucial to Christ Church’s ministry, and enables us to plan how we might grow our mission in the years to come. We are encouraging people to sign up to give via the Parish Giving Scheme - you can find our page and more information here.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer, please consider adding Gift Aid to your donations - this means we can claim 25p for every £1 you donate.

Legacies

Once you have made provision for your loved ones, you have the opportunity to make a lasting gift to God, by leaving a legacy to his church. A gift in your will to your Christ Church is one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can continue to support its mission and ministry within your community. To find out more about leaving a legacy to Christ Church, you can visit this page on the Church of England website, or contact our Treasurer (details below).
